Blanket
Our ceramic fibre blankets are manufactured using interwoven blown/spun alumina silicate (ceramic) fibres compressed to desired density and thickness. The blanket is an efficient insulator, lightweight, resistant to thermal shock, non-combustible, withstands chemical attack and has excellent flame resistance.
Our ceramic fibre blanket is available in a variety of thicknesses and our most commonly stocked blankets have a service temperature of 1260°C but we also stock a blanket rated to 1400°C.
